Een grondsculptuur met een doorsnede van 400 meter van 25 jaarringen als ode aan 25 jaar Oerol op Terschelling. Drie weken is er met twee graafmachines gegraven, elk zandkorreltje is daarbij niet meer dan
acht meter verplaatst. Terwijl de sculptuur werd gegraven was de natuur al begonnen met het afbraakproces. In de sculptuur zijn tijdens het festival elke avond theatrale geleide wandelingen verzorgd,
which the public was both spectator and participant. Three groups of spectators started in the dunes with an impressive overview of the rings. As it grew dark, they entered the rings and headed for the center, where a theatrical performance of movements concluded the walk.
Within four months the wind and water had eroded the sculpture leaving the beach to reassume its former appearance. A film was made that poetically records the whole process. The artist Rob Sweere situated his project Silent Sky-13 in the rings. In the 7 innermost rings some 2000 friends of Oerol and festival visitors silently contemplated the sky for half-an-hour.
